Beginners Microsoft Outlook Course

This one-day Microsoft Outlook introduction course is for beginners who have little or no previous experience of the MS Outlook e-mail application.

It serves as an introduction to the basics of working with e-mail messages in Outlook, and is designed to provide familiarity with the Outlook environment. Trainees will learn to create, edit, send and receive messages, and manage their mailbox using the most important tools and techniques.
